Ga. County Says It 'Dropped Ball' Approving Sterigenics Plant
A Georgia county admitted in federal court Wednesday that it "dropped the ball" in allowing Sterigenics to operate a sterilization facility for decades without a high hazard certificate of occupancy, but said that doesn't mean the company can continue operating without the appropriate certification.
