    9th Circ. Says Ross Landlord Was OK To Pull Jury Demand

    A Portland, Oregon, building owner embroiled in a $2.93 million lease dispute with Ross Dress For Less Inc. was allowed to unilaterally pull its demand for a jury trial because the retailer waived that right in a lease agreement, according to a Ninth Circuit opinion publicly released on Friday.
