A Florida federal judge denied a developer's bid to dismiss a suit by a German citizen seeking to enforce a $9.6 million deal to buy a highly customized duplex condominium unit in a new Miami high rise, and encouraged the parties on Tuesday to resolve the dispute before they spend more in attorney fees than the claims are worth.
