A real estate company told the Second Circuit that the dismissal of its COVID-19 coverage dispute may warrant a rehearing after the case on which the appellate court based its decision is reviewed by New York's highest court.

The Second Circuit on Tuesday affirmed the dismissal of two COVID-19 coverage suits brought against a Hartford unit, upholding its previous finding that the coronavirus doesn't trigger coverage for losses stemming from direct physical loss of or physical damage to covered property.
