Ex-FHFA Head Didn't Violate Constitution, High Court Told
The U.S. Department of the Treasury has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to rule that an ex-Federal Housing Finance Agency director did not violate the Constitution, arguing that he complied with the appointments clause when he signed a contract amendment between the FHFA and Treasury.
