PulteGroup Unit Sues Insurers Over NJ Defective Work Suit
A PulteGroup Inc. subsidiary sued three insurance companies Friday, alleging in New Jersey federal court that the insurers are obligated to defend the homebuilder from a separate lawsuit accusing it and its hired contractors of poor construction work.
