The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to scrutinize a Fifth Circuit decision finding a dam and reservoir operator overseeing the Sabine River watershed in Texas and Louisiana must face claims from landowners who sued after it released water from a reservoir in 2016, causing extensive flooding and property damage.
