The owner of a Pennsylvania shopping center that says a grocery store tenant blocked neighboring empty space from being leased by competing businesses asked a federal judge this week to send the case back to state court, arguing the grocer and its affiliates cannot prove citizenship in other states.

A real estate developer in Philadelphia has filed a lawsuit against grocer Giant Food, alleging the chain blocked an empty retail space in a South Philadelphia building from being used by competitors.
