    Bankrupt Nova Wildcat Seeks Conversion To Ch. 7 Liquidation

    Home goods supplier Nova Wildcat Shur-Line Holdings Inc. asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge to convert its Chapter 11 bankruptcy to a Chapter 7 liquidation, saying the proceeds of the company's asset sale are insufficient to pay off its bankruptcy financing and the remainder of its assets will have to be used to cover that debt.

    Nova Wildcat Shur-Line Hits Ch. 11 With More Than $50M Debt

    Nova Wildcat Shur-Line Holdings Inc., also known as H2 Brands Group, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Delaware on Sunday with between $50 million and $100 million in liabilities, saying it had defaulted on a credit agreement and would sell its collateral in a series of private sales.
