A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday refused to sign off on a move by cancer treatment equipment maker ViewRay for final funding of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy, saying that proposals to change "fundamentals" of debtor-in-possession financing and sale processes were "extraordinary."
