JFK Law adds a partner and two associates

JFK Law LLP has announced that
Nadir André has joined the firm as a partner, and
Lauren Daniel and
Isabelle Simard have joined as associates.
According to a release from the firm, André, a member of the Matimekush-Lac John First Nation, brings over 25 years of experience advising Indigenous governments, organizations and businesses in areas including treaty rights, nation-to-nation negotiations and strategic partnerships. “I’m excited to be joining a firm that shares my deep commitment to Indigenous communities,” said André.
Daniel, a member of the Métis Nation of Manitoba, has experience in regulatory matters, energy and natural resource law, and Indigenous consultation processes. Simard brings litigation expertise with a focus on Indigenous rights and governance.
According to the release, JFK Law has a singular focus on advancing Indigenous rights, jurisdiction and justice, and proudly serves Indigenous governments, organizations and businesses from coast to coast to coast.
