A federal judge has tossed a qui tam complaint accusing Mission Essential Personnel LLC and two other companies of violating the False Claims Act by providing the U.S. with unqualified translators for its war in Afghanistan and lying about the linguists' language skills so that MEP could collect under its $414 million government contract.
