A California federal judge Monday disqualified Wagner & Jones LLP and three other plaintiffs' law firms from representing dozens of individual plaintiffs in a wage-and-hour suit against Fidelity National Management Services LLC after they used a confidential employee list to contact them following an unsuccessful class certification bid.

Wagner & Jones LLP on Monday ripped Fidelity National Management Services LLC's attempt to disqualify the firm from a wage-and-hour case for contacting company employees following a failed class certification bid, saying it was obligated to inform those wishing to pursue individual cases against the company before their claims are time-barred.

Fidelity National Management Services LLC has again sought to boot Wagner & Jones LLP from a wage-and-hour suit against the title and escrow company after the firm allegedly used a confidential employee list to solicit dozens of individual plaintiffs following an unsuccessful class certification bid, saying misconduct is the firm's "style."
