Robert Half International Inc. can address employees' overtime claims in individual arbitration, rather than on a classwide basis, after workers lost their bid for Supreme Court review of a finding that courts, not arbitrators, should decide whether a proceeding can be classwide, a New Jersey judge ruled Wednesday.
