Grubb & Ellis Co. on Monday dropped a suit accusing two of its former executives of breaching their contracts by encouraging its employees to leave to work for rival real estate brokerage Colliers International.

Grubb & Ellis Co. filed a lawsuit Friday accusing two former high-level employees of violating their contracts to help rival Colliers International orchestrate a raid of 23 corporate real estate brokers in the Washington area.
