    DirecTV To Pay $395K For FLSA Violations, DOL Says

    DirecTV has agreed to pay $395,000 to nearly 150 employees of a now-defunct installation services subcontractor who were allegedly underpaid, the U.S. Department of Labor announced Thursday, months after a Washington federal judge ruled the satellite provider was liable as a joint employer.
