    1st Circ. Nixes $30M Baxter FCA Suit Under First-To-File

    A First Circuit panel Monday ruled that a pair of relators can't reopen a $29.8 million lawsuit in multidistrict litigation alleging pharmaceutical companies reported inflated average wholesale prices of drugs to Medicaid and Medicare, saying a Massachusetts federal judge was right to toss the case under the first-to-file rule.
