    The Seventh Circuit on Thursday revived a Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit against ThyssenKrupp Waupaca Inc. by iron foundry employees who argue they should be paid overtime for time spent showering and changing clothes, saying the district court ignored a factual dispute about the health effects of chemical exposure at the factories.
