    Asphalt Co. Can't Dodge Benefit Payments, 6th Circ. Says

    The Sixth Circuit ruled Tuesday that an Ohio asphalt company was on the hook for delinquent contributions to fringe benefit funds, rejecting the argument that a union letter advising that a collective bargaining agreement would soon expire took the company off the hook.
