An ex-Bloomingdale's saleswoman urged the Ninth Circuit Thursday to revive claims under California's Private Attorney General Act alleging the retailer didn't provide meal breaks, saying a lower court wrongly dismissed the suit just months after the California Supreme Court ruled PAGA claims unwaivable in Iskanian v. CLS Transportation.
