    ITT Tech Shutdown Violated WARN Act, 2 Ex-Employees Say

    Two former employees of the suddenly shuttered ITT Technical Institute filed a proposed class action lawsuit in Delaware federal court on Tuesday, saying that the for-profit school, which summarily fired 8,000 people, failed to give employees 60 days' notice of the mass layoff, as required by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
