    Fed. Circ. Revives Ex-USPTO Patent Atty's Challenge To Firing

    An arbitrator shouldn't have shut down a Black former U.S. Patent and Trademark Office patent attorney's challenge to her allegedly biased firing, the Federal Circuit ruled Tuesday, saying the arbitrator's finding that there had been "unreasonable delay" wasn't backed up.
