A New Jersey federal judge was too quick to dismiss workplace discrimination class claims against the U.S. arm of an Indian information technology firm, the Third Circuit ruled Wednesday, saying the judge should have considered whether the statute of limitations paused when the suit was filed in the wrong forum.
