    The Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday that a trial judge should have granted Target Corp. a win in workers' certified class action alleging the retailer used an incorrect method of calculating overtime pay, finding that Target's overtime calculation doesn't conflict with California Supreme Court precedent.
