A Texas prosecutor told the Fifth Circuit that his pension is in jeopardy thanks to an "unconstitutional" state law forbidding public funds from going to companies that boycott Israel, saying during oral arguments on Thursday that it directly puts his money at risk by forcing retirement systems to divest from such businesses.
