Federal prosecutors are requesting an 11-year prison sentence for the owner of Los Villatoros Harvesting, a labor contracting company they say took advantage of potentially hundreds of H-2A visa workers and compelled them to do grueling farm work against their will.

A fourth person pled guilty to being part of a scheme to force Mexican migrants to work against their will for a Florida-based farm labor contracting company, according to an announcement from the U.S. Department of Justice.
