Employees of cannabis giant Cresco Labs implored an Illinois federal judge to reopen their case alleging they were not paid for time spent donning and doffing personal protective equipment, saying the company failed to abide by the terms of a settlement that was supposed to resolve the suit.

Two cannabis employees at Cresco Labs have agreed to drop a class action complaint in favor of arbitration over allegations that the cannabis giant broke federal and state labor laws by not paying workers for time spent donning and removing personal protective equipment.
