The operator of an Ohio Golden Corral Buffet & Grill and five employees who allege they were illegally compelled to perform off-clock work asked an Ohio federal court on Tuesday to sign off on a $23,000 settlement resolving their wage dispute.

Five former servers for an Ohio Golden Corral launched a proposed collective action accusing the restaurant of failing to pay its servers minimum wage and purposely clocking out employees working past their shifts to avoid paying overtime wages.
