A former South Carolina prosecutor who accused the state attorney general's office, where she once worked, of race and age discrimination should see her pro se case tossed on sanctions due to her lack of communication with the court, according to a recommendation entered by a U.S. magistrate judge on Monday.

A former prosecutor for the South Carolina Attorney General's Office has filed a complaint in federal court alleging she was the victim of race and age discrimination there prior to her alleged forced resignation in 2021, as an older Black woman who was born in Jamaica.
