    The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday forced American National Property & Casualty Co. to cover half of the defense costs in a defamation lawsuit against a surgeon, concluding that a commercial general liability policy covered some intentional torts, while also overruling its prior holding on when prejudgment interest is allowed.
