    Feds Must Cough Up Full Funding For Navajo Hospital

    A New Mexico federal judge has ruled that the Indian Health Service must provide the remainder of about $32 million required to fully fund a Navajo-run hospital in Arizona for fiscal year 2016, saying the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agency illegally refused to approve the hospital's funding plan.
