    Insurer Says It Needn't Cover $40M Medicare Fraud Indictment

    RSUI Indemnity Co. sued Aggeus Healthcare PC in Illinois federal court on Thursday, saying it shouldn't have to cover a criminal indictment against a podiatrist and his wife over Medicare fraud enabled by an automated fraudulent billing system they created and used in 16 states.
