A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday ordered an insurance attorney to cooperate with subpoenas from medical malpractice insurer New Jersey Physicians United Reciprocal Exchange in an unfair competition suit, but constrained deposition questioning to allow the attorney, a nonparty, to avoid becoming a defendant.
