    Primary Insurer Must Cover $8M Defense Costs, 6th Circ. Told

    A Chubb excess insurer urged the Sixth Circuit on Thursday to uphold a lower court's ruling that primary carrier Great Divide Insurance Co. must repay it for $8 million in legal costs it shelled out for a sports management agency's real estate dispute, arguing that Ohio law clearly allows the Chubb unit to seek reimbursement.
