Liberty Mutual Can't Duck Coverage In Train Accident Suit
A Liberty Mutual unit can't duck coverage for a suit alleging a motorist was hit by a train due to a contractor's failure to control vegetation at the crossing, the Eleventh Circuit affirmed on Tuesday, saying Liberty's policy clearly stated it was in effect for the duration of NaturChem's contract with Norfolk Southern Railway Co.
