High Court Won't Touch $3.3M Barge Injury Fight
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a maritime construction company's bid to reverse a Fifth Circuit decision finding a $3.3 million verdict over a worker's severe head injury that occurred on a barge would have to be reviewed according to federal maritime law.
