    Lawyer's Construction Co. Denied Defense In Renovation Suit

    An attorney who owns a construction company can't force his insurer to pay for his defense costs in an underlying home-renovation suit, a New York federal judge ruled, finding that such claims fall outside the scope of his lawyers' professional liability policy with an RSUI unit.
