    The Third Circuit upheld a win Tuesday for a JPMorgan Chase Bank NA benefits plan administrator in an ex-Chase worker's benefits lawsuit, finding a lower court correctly found the worker wasn't entitled to a $300,000 life insurance policy she took out on her husband because they had divorced.
