    The Eleventh Circuit tossed an appeal by the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission seeking coverage for arbitration claims over the funding of a children's TV show, agreeing with a district court Wednesday that such claims fall squarely within a breach of contract exclusion in a directors and officers policy.
