A Tex-Mex restaurant chain and its executive can't pursue intentional emotional distress claims against a Zurich unit, a Kansas federal judge ruled, finding that the insurer's alleged last-minute decision to deny coverage for an underlying settlement doesn't rise to the level of "extreme and outrageous conduct."
