    Insurer Says Solar Developer's Project Switch Is Excludable

    Nautilus Insurance wants out of its pollution policy with Revity Energy because the company switched its intended use of a construction site from building a "solar farm" to a residential development project, which should bar coverage under the policy's "material change in use exclusion," the insurer told a New York federal court Wednesday.
