    An Eleventh Circuit panel unanimously upheld a Florida court's ruling against a Travelers unit in a $2 million coverage dispute, finding that the insurer must cover Ocean Reef Charters LLC for a yacht lost to Hurricane Irma in 2017 because it failed to designate two sea captains as expert witnesses.
