The owner of Miami Beach's bankrupt Sagamore Hotel on Tuesday asked the Eleventh Circuit for a full-panel rehearing or clarification after a ruling ordering it to pay more than $5 million in default-rate interest on a $31.5 million mortgage loan it missed a payment on in 2009, saying there was evidence the court overlooked.
