Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt urged a D.C. federal judge on Friday to find that four tribes' gaming agreements are valid and in effect, claiming that a separate group of tribes challenging the compacts' approval have based their argument on "a fundamental misreading" of federal law regulating Native American gaming.
