    Synthes, Stryker Settle Trade Secrets Suit Over Sales Reps

    A sales unit of spinal implant maker Synthes Inc. on Wednesday agreed to a settlement with competitor Stryker Corp. in a suit accusing three ex-Synthes sales representatives of stealing trade secrets with Stryker's backing, in violation of nonsolicitation and confidentiality agreements.
