NFL To Argue Deflategate Judge's 'Disagreement' On Appeal

The NFL will ask the Second Circuit to determine whether a New York federal judge erred in overturning Tom Brady's four-game suspension in the Deflategate scandal when he lifted the award based on his "disagreement" with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, according to a notice filed Thursday.
