The Seventh Circuit on Thursday affirmed a lower court's ruling in favor of the city of Chicago over claims made by a collective of Chicago police officers that they weren't properly paid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act for after-hours work conducted on city-issued BlackBerrys, saying there was no uniform policy preventing the cops from requesting overtime.
