The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Wednesday ordered that 11 suits against Marriott for a data breach be transferred to Maryland federal court, the hotel giant's home state, for multidistrict litigation, adding that it had been notified of 70 more potentially related actions across 11 districts.
