    DC Circ. Tosses NLRB Ruling On Port Union Recognition

    The D.C. Circuit on Friday vacated a National Labor Relations Board decision that held an Oakland port terminal operator violated federal labor law by giving work to a longshore workers' union, saying the board was too dismissive of the company's understanding of a labor contract it signed.
