The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission fired off its first-ever suit claiming an employer violated disability bias law by failing to provide workplace accommodations relating to COVID-19, accusing a Denmark-based facilities company of refusing to let an employee with a lung disease telework and then firing her.
